BUYER WORKBOOK
Keep a project decision trail.
The workbench starts a drawing conversation; it does not approve an installation.
01 · Gather actual site inputs
Assign a drawing revision, delivery route, ambient conditions and utility owners. Make missing data visible before comparing equipment.
02 · Compare candidate envelopes
Use real model drawings to compare footprint, height, door swing and service access. The local demo sketch only compares fictional outer dimensions.
03 · Review operating documents
Tie the intended use to manufacturer information, operating limits and the agreed validation method. Do not infer performance from the cabinet shape.
04 · Close the equipment schedule
Name the exact models, interfaces, accessories and unresolved responsibilities. Confirm actual purchasing and delivery terms separately.

YOUR NEXT DRAWING CONVERSATION
Bring the drawing and the open questions.
A fictional brief can show how requirements stay with the selected concept. It is downloaded locally and never sent.
