BUYER WORKBOOK
Choose a route through the menu.
Three service conversations that lead to different equipment questions.
A small à-la-carte line
Describe the recurring pan, plate and oven tasks. Place preparation and handover on the same sketch so buyers can discuss the station rather than browse unrelated machines.
A batch-preparation kitchen
List the actual batch sequence, tray handling and holding interfaces. A photograph cannot establish oven output or the number of staff a process needs.
A mixed service menu
Separate recurring work from occasional tasks. Record the functions that need a dedicated station and those that may share equipment after actual review.

YOUR NEXT DRAWING CONVERSATION
Bring the menu and the route.
A fictional brief can show how requirements stay with the selected concept. It is downloaded locally and never sent.
