SPARKLOOM / hardware concept edition
From component list to a repeatable kit pack
A proposed development route for a future physical sample. These steps do not represent completed projects, passed tests or verified factory capabilities.
Define the activity
Choose the supervised hardware task and nominated sample protocol. Do not infer educational outcomes or suitability from a render.
Review record
A buyer-owned activity brief; no participant data.
Freeze the contents
Name the main device, module identities, connectors, cables and enclosure revisions.
Review record
A proposed BOM and open supply/documentation responsibilities.
Review the sample kit
Inspect the physical sample, assembly scope, part counts and activity behavior with the responsible buyer team.
Review record
A sample observation record; no passed safety test or age approval.
Plan repeatable packing
Resolve tray protection, parts identification, replenishment and the approved pack revision.
Review record
A sample-led pack brief with MOQ, dates and commercial terms open.
Quality & responsibility
A repeatable pack needs a frozen revision.
Keep device, connector, activity and pack revisions together. Separate component identity from suitability, safety and learning-outcome claims.
Before a pilot decision
- Identify the exact physical sample and open issues.
- Agree application-specific acceptance criteria with the responsible buyer team.
- Review accessories, documentation and packaging separately.
- Confirm actual product evidence, sample cost, MOQ, timing and shipping terms.
No ISO claim, audit result, certificate, laboratory report or customer testimonial is asserted.
