ARKSHIFT / hardware concept edition
From input feel to a controlled pilot
A proposed development route for a future physical sample. These steps do not represent completed projects, passed tests or verified factory capabilities.
Define the control
Choose the physical task: key layout, grip reach or stick/trigger feel. Keep a sample-revision reference.
Review record
Layout drawing or buyer-defined control fixture.
Name the host
Agree the actual host, application and firmware owner before discussing mapping or connection claims.
Review record
A responsibility record and nominated test configuration.
Review the sample
Repeat feel, mapping and reconnect checks on the same setup. Polling and sensor figures remain targets until evidenced.
Review record
Physical observations and open issues; no passed-test claim.
Freeze the pilot brief
Resolve shell, controls, cable, receiver and spare-part contents against the agreed sample revision.
Review record
A pilot scope with commercial terms, MOQ and timing still to confirm.
Quality & responsibility
A stable setup makes a useful comparison.
Keep layout or grip, host configuration and firmware revision together. Separate control-feel changes from mapping, connection and pack changes.
Before a pilot decision
- Identify the exact physical sample and open issues.
- Agree application-specific acceptance criteria with the responsible buyer team.
- Review accessories, documentation and packaging separately.
- Confirm actual product evidence, sample cost, MOQ, timing and shipping terms.
No ISO claim, audit result, certificate, laboratory report or customer testimonial is asserted.
