An imaging brief that starts with the scene

Use these questions to organize a future supplier conversation. The answers explain procurement boundaries, not verified performance or professional approvals.

Start with the scene, not the headline resolution

A desk document, a low-light interview and a moving phone need different checks. Specify subject distance, lighting, movement and where the image is viewed or recorded. The figures on these pages are fictional planning targets.

Who owns host compatibility?

Name a host model and software build outside this demo, then verify connection and reconnect behavior on a physical sample. USB shape does not establish protocol support or driver behavior.

What belongs in an ODM brief?

Separate housing changes from optics, sensor selection, firmware and application work. Mark each responsibility and list the evidence needed before a pilot order.

How should a sample be accepted?

Use a repeatable reference scene. Review image detail, focus consistency, host behavior and motion or temperature observations relevant to the application. Do not approve from a concept render.

Are the specifications, MOQ or lead times confirmed?

No. Every product figure is a fictional planning target, and the generated images are not sample evidence. MOQ, pricing, development timing, packing, test reports and shipping terms would need supplier confirmation outside this demonstration.

Keep a sample decision separate from a promise.
