SL-H4 / OVER-EAR STUDY
Contour / H4
Comfort is part of the acoustic brief.
An over-ear concept with a soft material palette and deliberate physical controls. Clamp, cushion compression and voice performance are evaluated independently of cosmetic approval.
Plan this sampleDEMO / every specification, MOQ and schedule is illustrative.

EXAMPLE SPECIFICATION / NOT A PRODUCT RATING
Define the experience inputs.
- Driver concept
- 40 mm dynamic architecture
- Connection route
- Bluetooth + wired-input design review
- Acoustic scope
- Closed-back tuning concept
- Runtime target
- 30 h at agreed settings; unverified
- Controls
- Physical key and dial options
- Materials
- Polymer yoke / textile cushion concept
- Planning MOQ
- 600 units / finish, illustrative
Runtime, codec support and comfort claims require actual measurements and wearer feedback. The concept does not imply platform or call-software certification.
What changes with the brief?
- Cushion and headband material
- Dial / button behavior and prompts
- Industrial finish and fold-pack
Agree which platform functions are retained and which changes need a new engineering or sample review.
What should the sample resolve?
- Clamp and extended-wear feedback
- Cushion seal / acoustic response relationship
- Button mapping, call voice and reconnects
Methods, acceptance limits and reporting format must be agreed. No result or certification is implied.
What should the dossier retain?
- Cushion / clamp sample revision
- Controlled listening and wearer notes
- Target-device and call-scenario matrix
THE SAMPLE ROUTE
A session for each decision.
Ergonomic model → tuning prototype → controlled wearer trial
Timing depends on the scope.
Illustrative fit prototype window: 18–28 business days; cushion development changes the plan.
Tooling, firmware changes, materials, test scope and unresolved findings affect any real schedule. Request a program-specific quotation.

What has to be nominated before evaluation?
Cushion / clamp sample revision. Attach a version identifier to the sample and consolidate review comments in one record.
Is the example MOQ a current commercial offer?
No. Material availability, configuration, tooling, packaging and capacity have to be quoted for the actual program. This demonstration does not sell the concept.
What evidence remains open?
Runtime, codec support and comfort claims require actual measurements and wearer feedback. The concept does not imply platform or call-software certification.
